Sektor za kritične računarske sisteme zadužen je za planiranje, dizajn projekta i osposobljavanje sistema za upravljanje podacima i njihovo skladištenje. Pruža usluge konsaltinga i nudi najbolja softverska i hardverska rešenja u skladu sa potrebama klijenta, bez obzira da li je reč o malim i srednjim preduzećima ili velikim korporacijama.

Standardni industrijski sistemi
Od svog osnivanja, Saga je isporučila više od 60.000, uglavnom brand name konfiguracija (HP, Fujitsu Siemens – od aprila 2009. Fujitsu Technology Solutions) sa bazičnim operativnim softverskim okruženjem i periferijama.
U okviru ovog segmenta, Saga nudi: proizvode i rešenja bazirana na „Wintel“-u, UNIX/JAVA, JAVA desktop sisteme, Sun Star Office aplikacije, Microsoft Office aplikacije, desktop sisteme i prenosive računare, ulazne, mid i high-end servere bazirane na Intelu i AMD-u, ulazna skladišta podataka (JBOD) bazirana na Intelu i AMD-u, sisteme za skladištenje podataka, štampače (crno-bele, kolor, MFP), skenere (uslužne, profesionalne za DMS) i sisteme za neprekidno napajanje (uslužne i profesionalne).
