itSMF UK has declared its 21st anniversary conference a resounding success, with around 900 delegates, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors gathering at the Novotel London West in Hammersmith for two days of exceptional service management presentations and networking under the banner ITSM12.
There will be a sense of celebration in the air at this year's Conference & Exhibition, as itSMF UK marks its 21st birthday. Returning to the Novotel London West in Hammersmith on 5th and 6th November, this year's event promises to be the best yet. .
