Business Systems Support Manager at Vip Mobile d.o.o.

As a Business Systems Support Manager I'm acting in the functional Area of the CTO with the scope as follows:• Heading Business Systems Support and Service Desk units• Service Level Manager and Change Manager for all business systems• Operational owner of the business systems• Plan budget & maintenance costs on the business systems• Coordinate and agree on Intercompany Commercial Agreements withinMobilkom Austria Group for systems operations• Coordinate support and operational effort for the business systemsPreviously whilst working in Microsoft as a Service Delivery Lead I was fully in charge for all Lines Of Business (LOB) of Customer Service and Support Contact Centers in Serbia and Slovenia. I was also responsible for Customer Service LOB in all South East European countries and as a regional resource for Central and Eastern Europe I was involved in all regional projects such as consolidation of incumbent vendors and migration of services from small, incumbent, country based contact centers to mature regional vendors.Before stepping into Customer Service and Support branch I was working as a IT Expert on large IT infrastructure projects. The total budget of these projects exceeded 4 million EURO and the number of tenders financed from this budget exceeded 10. I was involved in the process of preparation of all these tenders and this process included budget estimation, writing of technical specifications, drafting of legal parts of the tenders, selection, supervision of delivery, and administration of the entire tendering procedure.The knowledge I have gained on these projects together with the assignments in Microsoft and Mobilkom gave me valuable experience in the field of project planning, execution and cooperation with the business partners and government. I believe that to be an asset, together with my knowledge, competency, personal background and interpersonal skills and my ability to work in multicultural environment.
