Mr. El-Batal is the co-founder, President and CEO of Ahead Technology Inc. an Accredited Training Organization of Loyalist Certification Services (LCS); a seasoned professional with 20 years of worldwide experience in IT Service Management Consulting, a successful record of managing Information Technology Professional Services, IT Service Management Program and best practices Training and coaching deliveries. He has delivered hundreds of ITSM related courses to a diverse worldwide audience over the past 10 years. He is also an ITSM curriculum developer, an accredited instructor with certifications of ITIL® V2 and V3, and ISO/IEC20000 Consulting Auditor. He is a member of ISACA, itSMF and has been elected as the representative of LCS’s North American ATOs sub-group advisory board to the ITIL® Qualification Board.
