One of the challenges of service management has always been project management and how it fits, or doesn’t, with change.  How and when should projects engage with Service Management?  ITIL V3 provides a starting point and a few guidelines, but where do you begin and what should a Service Design Package look like anyway?
Change isn’t just about the go live, it happens throughout the life of a project, which is something project managers need to know. This presentation suggests some ways of integrating project and change management through practical application and innovative ideas.
