itSMF Russia 2012 Conference - Who are you Mr. Service

3rd Annual Conference of itSMF Russia will take place on September 12 and 13, 2012 in Moscow at International information and exhibition center "InfoSpace".

The main character of the conference will be Mr. Service. What is it about? This question is world-old, or to be more accurate, it is being discussed since ITIL has formally described service approach to IT management - ITSM. In 2012 we're going to gather the best Russian and international experts in IT management again. Keeping in mind what IT service is, we're going to discuss different factors, which allow transformation of information technologies from being an expensive toy into valuable asset. Feel the difference!

Important and topical questions of modern IT management, including:
Service and modern technologies
Service and its chamber - Service Desk
Service legal department. How one can sign a Service Level Agreement?

2nd Annual Conference was so successful and gathered so much interest from attendees and speakers, that we couldn't satisfy everybody who was interested to speak or just to attend this event. It's good news that now we've started event preparations beforehand. This is an opportunity for all of you to influence event preparations and take part in it.
