The Service-now.com Spring 2010 Release is June 4, 2010 at 8:00 PM PDT. This is the most significant release in our history and will undoubtedly change the way IT manages strategy and demonstrates value.
The Spring 2010 Release marks our ongoing commitment to drive ITIL Service Strategy disciplines through service portfolio management, project and portfolio management, and IT cost management. The release expands the Service-now.com platform to manage field service activities and shared services for HR and facilities management.
