We are delighted to announce that itSMF Serbia has agreed with Service-now.com to start using their On Demand IT Service Management application on a long-term evaluation basis. Under the terms of this trail agreement, itSMF Serbia will be using the Service-now.com SaaS ITSM tool for managing Chapter's activities and providing relevant membership services in a trully ITIL-V3 aligned way, hence being actually able to practice what we preach as an itSMF community.
The 4th annual itSMF South East Europe conference was organized by itSMF Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo, May 27-28th. The conference was attended by one hundred IT professionals and IT Service Managers from the BiH and the SEE region, to present Green IT solutions and discuss strategies for their implementations. itSMF Serbia Chapter president, Milan Zivkovic, who also attended the event, has made an announcement that the 5th Annual itSMF SEE conference will be held in Belgrade, June 1st-2nd 2011. The conference topic will be IT Governance and standardization as key drivers for achieving business value from IT.
